The Moot Hall stands right on the beach, hosting this wooden sundial on the south facing wall. Whoever has the contract for keeping this one painted does a good job of battling the North Sea over the years. The Latin motto is "Horas Non Numero Nisi Serenas" (I count only the serene hours)
